Anita has been a Registered Nurse since 2013 and has experience working in both NHS hospitals and community settings. She has specialised in community mental health nursing since 2015. Prior to specialising in community care, Anita worked in a private hospital setting. Anita’s recent roles include senior positions in adult and elderly care within NHS community settings. She oversaw students and healthcare assistants to ensure high quality assessment, prioritisation, and the delivery of patient care.

Her responsibilities included direct patient care providing therapeutic interventions and support, such as anxiety management, dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), mindfulness, guided relaxation, and helping individuals manage symptoms and progress in their recovery.
