Ann Bradshaw is an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist and Expert Witness with over 25 years in community nursing and a specialist qualification in District Nursing.   She currently works as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Case Manager in End of Life and Palliative Care, where she leads a 24-hour care team, advises on complex symptom management, and supports medicine titration as an independent prescriber.

Ann’s clinical expertise spans district nursing, tissue viability, wound care, medication management, and advanced symptom control.  She is also actively involved in mentoring and training healthcare professionals, including junior nurses, paramedics, and students, particularly in pressure ulcer classification, end-of-life care, and community-based clinical competencies.
