Catherine is a highly experienced Neurological Physiotherapist, practising since 2008. She has worked extensively with both paediatric and adult clients with neurological, orthopaedic, and amputation-related conditions. Catherine delivers holistic care, working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams, and provides assessments in clients’ homes, hospitals, schools, and day centres.
Currently, she has two roles. She works as a domiciliary physiotherapist visiting clients with a variety of conditions in their own homes. She also works in a specialist wheelchair service, with expertise in pressure care, mobility, and postural support.
Catherine holds a Distinction in a Postgraduate Certificate in Posture Management for People with Complex Disabilities. Her specialist interests include 24-hour postural management, spasticity management, tracheostomy weaning, respiratory care, and hydrotherapy. She is known for her thorough, evidence-based assessments and commitment to high standards of care.
