Cathy is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist who has been practising since 2003 across both NHS and private sectors. Specialising in wheelchair and postural assessments, she has extensive expertise in seating, mobility, and equipment prescription for clients with complex neurological, physical, and cognitive needs.

Her background spans acute hospital care, neurorehabilitation, community-based therapy, and specialist wheelchair services. Cathy’s in-depth knowledge includes postural management, passive/active range of movement, seating for fixed postural deformities, and the assessment of cognitive function in relation to safe wheelchair use.

As an expert witness, Cathy brings a detailed, evidence-based approach to the evaluation of clinical negligence and personal injury cases. She is skilled in functional assessment, risk evaluation, equipment prescription, and adaptations within the home and care environments.
