Throughout a diverse career, Dananni has demonstrated exceptional clinical leadership, including driving service transformation, serious incident investigations, and providing board-level insights on governance within a CQC 'Outstanding' NHS Trust. Dananni excels in critical analysis and professional judgement, particularly concerning suicide prevention and navigating complex statutory frameworks including the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
