Deborah Hill is currently working as an advanced nurse practitioner, having qualified as a registered adult nurse in 2009, and has extensive senior experience within clinical, managerial, and leadership roles. These roles have included working in intensive care, high dependency and acute ward environments where she has cared for critically and acutely ill patients and those with complex comorbidities. For her current role, Deborah’s duties include the assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients within the surgical specialty. She has also been active within her local NHS trust committees: Acutely ill and Resuscitation Group, the Tracheostomy and Laryngectomy Group, the Major Incident and Resilience Planning Group and the Ethics Committee.
