Her skills include the following: assessing home adaptation requirements for people with complex impairments; leading the transformation of hospital discharge processes, staffing procedures, and rehabilitation pathways; and using her deep understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and DoLS frameworks to review action plans and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.
