Kerry a Registered General Nurse since 1988 has nursing experience spanning across both secondary and primary care. Kerry has demonstrated advanced clinical skills to enable her to make a differential diagnosis and treat patients accordingly in a timely manner. She has excellent leadership and managerial skills which includes performance related tasks, appraisals and sickness and absence management. This includes providing audit reports to a high standard and data collecting to aid in the report writing. Regular supervision is also a big part of her role and supporting junior members of the teams both registered and unregistered staff. This extends to service users and their families, and deals with complaints as they arise. Most recently, Kerry has commenced work with AMG Consultancy Services Limited as a medico-legal expert witness whilst also maintaining clinical practice.
