Lesley is an experienced Registered Adult Nurse, qualified since 2008, with over 18 years of clinical experience in acute hospital settings. Band 6 Clinical Leader since 2018 on an acute general surgical ward, with extensive experience in pre- and post-operative care across general surgery, orthopaedic, urology, ENT, and medical patients.

Highly skilled in clinical assessment, patient safety, and incident investigation, with a strong ability to critically evaluate care against professional standards.
