Liz qualified in 2013 as a registered Mental Health Nurse, after working as a care assistant and support worker for approximately 10 years prior.

Over the last 2 years she has done adhoc agency shifts working within nursing home settings. Prior to that she was employed as a Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessor, which has afforded her extensive knowledge of funding in community care. Before this Liz was Registered Manager within 48 and 75 bedded nursing homes including overseeing & troubleshooting sister care homes whilst managing her own.

She has gained vast experience in managing large teams of staff and working closely with local authorities, Care Quality Commission, upper Management and Stakeholders.

Liz is currently Awaiting attendance of the Bond Solon Certificated Legal Training Courses: “Excellence in Report Writing” and “Courtroom Skills – Witness Familiarisation.
