Lynne Runaghan is a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Occupational Health) with nearly two decades of experience in the field. Since qualifying as a nurse in 1989, she has built a distinguished career in Occupational Health, working across public and private sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, and national service delivery.

Lynne has held senior clinical and leadership roles, advising on complex case management, workplace adjustments, fitness-for-work decisions, health surveillance, and mental health in the workplace. Her work includes contributions to Safe Effective Quality Occupational Health Service (SEQOHS) and ISO accreditation, clinical governance, and occupational health policy development.
