Michelle Cole is a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse with a background in health visiting, school nursing, and safeguarding. Since 2007, she has worked across clinical, managerial, and strategic roles within local authorities, the NHS, and charitable organisations. Her experience spans child protection, health needs assessment, and risk evaluation.

Through her work in safeguarding and public health, Michelle has developed the analytical and reporting skills essential for expert witness work. She has prepared numerous court statements and has attended both family and criminal court as a witness. Michelle continues to apply her clinical expertise while contributing to service development and policy in public health nursing.

Michelle is available for instruction in matters involving safeguarding, health visiting, school nursing, and public health concerns.
