Monica has been a Registered Nurse since 2009, specialising in care home nursing, with extensive experience across both NHS and private sector settings. She has held senior operational and clinical governance roles for leading care providers including Advinia Care Homes, Roseberry Care Centres, and Maria Mallaband Care Group. In these roles, she oversaw multiple care homes, led multidisciplinary teams, and worked closely with regulators, local authorities, and Integrated Care Boards to ensure safe, effective, and compliant service delivery.
