Natalie Jones is a highly experienced Senior Midwife, practicing since 2004 in a high-dependency inner-city hospital. She has extensive expertise in intrapartum, antenatal, and postnatal care, with specialist skills in fetal monitoring, obstetric emergencies, high-risk neonates, and perineal repair.

As a Band 7 Midwife and Ward Sister, she leads and manages multidisciplinary teams, ensuring excellence in patient care, clinical governance, and staff development.

As an Expert Witness with AMG Consultancy Services since 2022, Natalie provides independent, CPR Part 35-compliant reports for both Claimant and Defendant in clinical negligence cases involving midwifery care.

She has completed Bond Solon Certified Legal Training in Excellence in Report Writing (2024).
